We are a non-partisan, grassroots, advocacy community focused on health, environment and energy policies in the Adriatic region.
Our Mission
The objective of the Clean Adriatic Sea Alliance is to protect and preserve the natural environment of the Adriatic Sea, its coasts, and islands from pollution or degradation due to natural or human impacts. Educating and informing the public regarding the benefits of a clean Adriatic environment and economic activities which assure sustainable development and a healthy quality of life for both people and other living creatures.

Founder
Sam Evich
Sam created the Clean Adriatic Sea Alliance in April 2013, on the very first day he heard the news that his ancestral home was under threat from fossil fuels. He has an unwavering respect for the environment and advocates for sustainable solutions to drive our new clean energy economy. He stands for climate justice by enabling the voice of our communities. An architect by training, Sam uses his skills to collaborate with volunteers and organizations who advocate to defend our collective health and bring awareness to the most critical challenges of our planet.
